    "content": "The other thing I am happy about this amendment is that the level of desperation for taxation in the Finance Bill, 2023, is too much. They are trying to tax even fake beards and nails. Who wants to make beards in Kenya? Who is interested? Who is this man in Parliament who is interested in fake beards?"
