Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 54 of the Bill be amended– (a) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (a) in the proviso to subsection (1), by deleting the words “commencement of this Act” and substitute therefor the expression “1st July, 2022”. (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “three days” and substituting therefor the words “five working days”; (c) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)— The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
