    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I rise to support this amendment. It is good to be honest to Kenyans. These levies will discourage importation of steel products for a good reason. It is also not true that it will hurt the housing industry. In the long run, we will be producing our steel from our raw materials. Those who took time to read the Kenya Kwanza Manifesto saw that mining, manufacturing and housing are among the value chains on which we want to rebuild our economy."
