Otiende Amollo should name a particular person because he says he has a tip. It is only fair to this House and the people of Kenya that if you have information on someone you are able to name, you should name them, substantiate and adduce evidence before the House without imputing improper motive. Either the Chairman or the Members of the Committee, including Members of Azimio Coalition, who sat in that Committee for long hours. Or, even any business people in the country."
