    "content": "Hon. Temporary Chairperson, this Clause sets the minimum input cost price for alcoholic drinks in this country. This would mean that the Kenya Revenue Authority will have the mandate to set the minimum price that a particular drink should be sold. This is intended to ensure that we get rid of the illicit brews that are sold to our young people in this country."
