Temporary Chairman, if you look at what we are doing on Clause 82, that is why it is 82A, B and C, we are amending the Retirement Benefits Act to take care of the retired Speakers, Deputy Speakers and others. It is also to allow, for example, if a Speaker retires and moves to another state office, say, a Cabinet Secretary or any other and there were benefits that they would have enjoyed, this particular clause tightens that up so that it does not deny them the benefits that they were supposed to enjoy from the first position that they held."
