    "content": "I am happy that we were allowed to debate freely in the House. We gave our opinion as much as it was controversial. One factor that has remained constant in this Chamber in history is that all controversial Bills— for strange reasons and surprisingly— are passed at night. We had the Political Parties Bill, the Building Bridges Initiative Bill and now this controversial one. All of them are passed at night for strange reasons. I do not know why they are not passed during the day."
