    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the Petition. This shows that, as long as you are a Kenyan, you are entitled to the right to petition this House so that your issues and concerns can be looked at. We also have roads that require urgent attention in my Mbeere North Constituency. I am sure this government will give those roads urgent attention. They are in an extremely bad state. The Gikuyari-Muminji–Kiria road is in a terrible situation. I have written several letters to the Cabinet Secretary in charge of infrastructure and roads to ensure that we get a budget for the maintenance of that road as well as the road from Kanyombora to Kamumo, all the way to Siakago. I appreciate that we have a contractor on site but the speed on the ground is questionable. Now that we have a budget, I wish that is transmitted to the contractor so that the road can be constructed and the people of Mbeere North enjoy services as other Kenyans."
