    "content": "One concern I have about roads, is the lack of maintenance. It seems we now have a culture of not bothering about maintenance at all. This culture is leaving a lot of damaged roads unattended until they completely collapse before any investment is done, which is normally higher. We should start thinking about maintenance. I do not know whether this would require an amendment to the various road acts we have in the country. It is important we invest more on our roads."
