"content": " In the Public Gallery, we have 114 students accompanied by 21 teachers from Dreams Hill School, Baringo County, who are in the Senate on an educational tour. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming guests to our Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them and on behalf of the Senate and my own behalf, wish them a fruitful visit. I will allow Sen. Cheptumo, the Senator for Baringo, to say words of welcome in under one minute."
