    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources regarding the alleged illegal encroachment of land covering villages of Pangani, Nyadha, Kaisari, Mavuno and Poromoko in Lamu County. In the Statement, the Committee should - (a) disclose the status in terms of ownership of the land known as LR/NO.1504/1 measuring approximately 639,783 acres and covering Pangani, Nyadha, Kaisari, Mavuno and Poromoko villages in Lamu County;"
