    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also have another Statement. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Trade, Industrialization and Tourism regarding the sensitization of and involvement of women and youth startup enterprises in the Special Economic Zones and County Aggregation Industrial Parks. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Apprise the Senate of the measures taken by the Government to encourage and support investment in value addition by women and youth startup enterprises in the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and County Aggregation Industrial Parks (CAIPs). (2) State the number of women and youth startup enterprises that have been identified for training and capacity building on value addition. (3) Explain the nature of support, including mobilization of financial support, if any, that will be extended to women and youth by the national and county governments for their enterprises to investment in value addition in the SEZs and CAIPs. (4) Inform the Senate whether there will be any preferential treatment and set quotas for women and youth startup enterprises in accessing opportunities to invest in the SEZs and CAIPs. (5) State whether the national and county governments have identified any markets at the local, regional and global levels for the sale of products produced by women and youth startup enterprises at the SEZs and CAIPs."
