    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, from the additional information that the Assistant Minister gave, it appears like this Ministry is tired of these Questions. What I have here includes, among other things, Free Primary Education (FPE) funds, the bank accounts of all the schools, the Economic Stimulus Package and everything else that the Ministry has done in this country. This shows that the Ministry is incapable of attending to this Question. My Question is very specific. I asked the Question because girl-child education is very important, particularly so in the ASAL areas. The answers that we have been given are all very general even though my Question is very specific to the two counties because I know that the transition rate is very low. Could the Assistant Minister be kind enough to see what he can do, in terms of affirmative action, particularly for these two counties? He knows very well that they have not done much for the girl-child in these two counties."
