"content": "Therefore, Madam Temporary Speaker, compensation should happen like yesterday. I have seen the membership of the Committee and I have faith in it. I would wish to have been a Member but as I have always said on the Floor of this House, all of us are Senators. Everyone has the capacity and ability to serve in any Committee. Sen. Kavindu Muthama approached me and I told her that we needed to also get more people who may want to learn and have diverse history. That way, we can have well-informed and important recommendations for the future."
