    "content": "Indeed, yes. This Question has been with us for quite a long time. The Chair does appreciate that the reason why we have Departmental Committees is to be able to go a lot further than we are able to do it on the plenary of the House. The Chair directs that this Question be directed to the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology. The Committee should come back to the House and bring an appropriate report, after having carried out the right scrutiny exhaustively."
