    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady for giving me this chance. First, I must say that I support the amendments specifically because we are providing for fertiliser subsidy. This is very important because agriculture is a key plank of our Government. It is equally important for industrial parks. These are things that will give our people and our jobless youths employment. I support it. I, however, want to point out that county governments are now 11 years old. We have been giving them money for leasing of medical equipment and we have had very many accountability issues in respect of the same. Other than that, I wholeheartedly support these amendments."
