    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I rise to support the amendment proposed by the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. This will ensure that we give more money to the county governments and enable them execute their mandate given by the 2010 Constitution. On the same premise, county governments should be more accountable now that we are sending more resources to the counties. They are supposed to do what they should do, especially with regard to matters health."
