    "content": " Thank you Chair, I support this amendment, but I would like to add that let the counties that have benefitted now give an opportunity to the other counties so that they may benefit too. I noticed that Kitui County has benefited through the Livestock Value Chain Support Project. Although the money is little as indicated in the Schedule, I think it is a step in the right direction.
