    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support this Motion. I expected that most Members from the coastal region would be here to support this Motion. It is very interesting that they are missing. This is about their livelihood. This is not about the environment alone; it is about the livelihood of Kenyans. If you traverse our beaches, you can actually see that North Coast and South Coast have very big differences in their beaches. Beaches in the South Coast are quite serene and white. In fact, you need to wear goggles while you are there. The North Coast is a totally different story. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
