    "content": "The Kigali Amendment is an important legal instrument to this continent as it will aid the protection of the agricultural sector which is extremely vulnerable to climate change. The object of this instrument is also to assist the existing legal frameworks that establish national mechanisms and regulate the emissions of the greenhouse gases. The obligations imposed by the Kigali Amendments involve phasing down the consumption, production and importation of those HFCs hazards which are not good worldwide to protect the Ozone Layer from further depletion.
