    "content": "Finally, Hon. Temporary Speaker, my only concern would be, if there would be any corruption. As I have said, the military is one of those departments that have been very clean when it comes to matters of appropriate use of public resources. I believe the Kenya's military, which was grown long time ago by my grandfather, the late Gen. Jackson Kimeu Mulinge, can continue with the spirit of discipline that they had. We do not want to hear any cases of corruption. With those few remarks, I support."
