    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to this Bill. I support these amendments. However, I caution this House that it is very difficult to bring down public debt, particularly, domestic debt. The Committee charged with this responsibility will have to work very closely with the Public Debt and Privatisation Committee so that every borrowing and every reduction is monitored closely. I support the amendment."
