    "content": "Hon. Members, I have listened to the point of order raised by the hon. Member for Chepalungu and I am satisfied that he has a genuine concern. Similarly, I am satisfied that the business falling under Orders No.8 and No.9 are of equal national importance. What is significant is that the business falling under Order No.8 was partially transacted yesterday. So, in terms of what should take precedence and priority over the other, given the relatively equal public interest component, I think the matter which has already been partly transacted will have priority."
