I thank the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee for considering the aggregation centres and allocating them Ksh250 million and also fertiliser. For the first time, Kilifi County and other coastal counties have money for fertiliser. I also note that it is only the coastal counties that have been denied money for the aggregation centres. I do not know whether it is by design or by default. Coconut and cashew nuts are crops grown at the Coast. I would like Chairman Ndindi Nyoro to listen."
