They are not like Ordinary Questions. I want the Committee that is in charge of petitions in the House to come up with a detailed report; an inquiry into this matter. It is not like the Questions that are answered here by Cabinet Secretaries. That is why the House came up with the Public Petitions Committee, even though we know the Chair is not around as usual. He is never around, but the Members of that Committee should furnish this House…"
