I wish to say that just like in Mombasa, there are many roads that have not been completed and especially in terms of compensation. There are many roads that were done, for example, by the Kenya Urban Roads Authority in Nairobi where many of them were never finalised and yet they have new roads that they are about to start. Even as we do all this, we need to ensure that roads are completed. We are, therefore, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
