"content": " Hon. Chair, is it in order that this House continues with a discussion that is quite reasonable in political terms, but completely unconstitutional? We are talking about the rights of a person. Article 27(4) of the Constitution says that the State shall not discriminate directly or indirectly against any person on any ground including age. That is completely unconstitutional. Article 57(a) of our Constitution makes it quite clear that what we are discussing and our reasons are actually completely unconstitutional.
