    "content": "Among the few observations that we made are: Article 2(5) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 provides that the general rules of international law shall form part of the laws of Kenya while Article 2(6) of the Constitution provides that any treaty or convention ratified by Kenya shall form part of the law of Kenya under this Constitution. The conventions are already reflected in the laws of Kenya through the Constitution and in particular Article 42 that guarantees Kenyan citizens the right to a clean and healthy environment and Article 69(1)(g) that obligates the State to eliminate processes and activities that are likely to endanger the environment."
