    "content": "We can have our own dollar, climate change ratifications and laws to guide us. We do not need to get everything from the West. We have come of age. We can do things our own way. We do not need the West to teach us how to do our own things. We know that they do not like us. They only think of Africa as a dumping site for their wastes. When they want to dump their wastes, Africa becomes very important. They will say: “Let us take these gadgets to Africa. We are helping them with laptops and phones.” However, in their hearts, they know that the materials will harm us. They are only looking for a place to dump their waste. We are saying: “No!\" Thank you, Chairman of the Committee, for bringing this timely Motion."
