    "content": "The truth of the matter is that the procedure is correct. This convention found itself on the Floor of this House in a proper manner. I am only adding my voice to what the Member is saying – that, there exists a legislative gap. Legislative gaps are only cured in this House. Maybe, this is a legislative opportunity for the Hon. Member to take up so that we review how we ratify international treaties in terms of ensuring that Parliament participates in the conversation on such a treaty document before it is brought here for formal ratification.
