What I was saying is that it is important that the Members of this House are on the negotiating table during the negotiation stage of treaties so that when a convention is brought here for ratification, Members have full knowledge of it before they ratify it. Nonetheless, I want to be on record for supporting the ratification of the Bamako Convention on the Ban of Importation into Africa and the Control of Trans-boundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Waste Within Africa. Thank you."
