    "content": "Every year, thousands of schools, institutions and Government agencies dispose of computers. The manner in which those devices are disposed of is not very clear and they end up injuring our environment in one way or another. Some of them are disposed of in water bodies thinking that they will dissolve. In the end, we suffer as a nation. The Bamako Convention will end the trans-boundary movement and contain the nations that are propagating it. This will enable our environment to be safe for men, animals and plants. With those remarks, I support."
