Temporary Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations on its consideration of the Defence Co-operation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kenya and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 13th June 2023 and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the Defence Co-operation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kenya and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles."
