    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to contribute to this Report. It is worth mentioning that I hail from a county called Laikipia. We have benefitted from a co-operation agreement like this between the British Army Training Unit of Kenya (BATUK) and the Kenya Government. Aside from the benefits both institutions will gain, local communities in areas where training will happen would also benefit.
