    "content": "Chepalungu, CCM): Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker and Hon. Ruku for this particular Motion. As I stand to support your Motion and funding mechanism for the same we should, as a country, look into the criteria we use to select the schools that are offering this particular programme. Hon. Temporary Speaker, we cannot continue offering this particular programme without proper infrastructure in our schools. They lack laboratories, staffroom and enough teachers. For proper facilitation of the same, we should have a clear funding policy from the Government. Thank you so much. God bless you."
