"content": "At the Committee of the whole House, we should make further amendments so that people are not punished for the sake of it. I know they sometimes misuse ambiguous words. Sometimes somebody out there is arrested, but a prosecutor is unable to justify the arrest. This is something serious. We want to live in a peaceful country. Of course, as leaders, we are to blame. We have not been able to empower our youths in this country, more so people who have no jobs, and so, they are found in the wrong places and they offend those who are entrusted with keeping the laws."
