Temporary Speaker, I was just inquiring from the Mover of this Bill whether I was in order to ask him to sit with the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee so that they can look at these useless colonial Penal Code laws and see whether we can get rid of them in terms of cleaning up our Constitution. Was I in order to ask him to do that because I have already contributed and I can see everybody is talking about looking at the old Penal Code?
