There is nothing out of order, but you would have said it better when you were contributing. Also, this Bill was exposed to the relevant Committee and I believe those are some of the issues that were raised. I also listened to Hon. Gikaria when he was moving the Motion for the amendment of the Penal Code Bill. He also stated that there are many other sections of the Penal Code Act that require amendment."
