"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. It is true that we had scheduled those Cabinet Secretaries as I communicated in the usual Thursday Statement last week. The Cabinet Secretary for Labour is among the Cabinet Secretaries who were to appear this afternoon. We also resolved the same in the House Business Committee yesterday and we expected her. It is important for the House to note that we have rescheduled the appearance of Cabinet Secretaries through the House Business Committee twice in the last two weeks because of the urgency of the finance-related Bills – the Finance Bill, the Appropriation Act, the Supplementary Appropriation Act and all the other business that we had in the last two weeks."
