    "content": "County Government of Kitui and finally, consider adding more high mast security lights in order to cover wider area and improve security in the town I wish to respond as follows: The project was awarded to M/s Biomax Africa Limited of P.O Box 91131-80100, Mombasa, on 3rd June 2020, with a contract sum of Ksh18,599,150 inclusive of all taxes. The agreement between M/s Biomax Africa Limited and the accounting officer was signed on 29th July 2020 and the high masts were erected in the following locations in Mwingi Sub-County, Kitui County: Musila Gardens, KCB, Country Bus, Kenya Power and Probox Stage. The project installation was of five electric powered high mast flood lighting structures in various informal settlements in Kitui County. The contract number was as indicated there. The contractor was M/s Biomax Africa Limited. The client was the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, State Department of Housing and Urban Development and it was from the Slum Upgrading Department. The user or beneficiary was the County Government of Kitui and the supervisor was the Public Works Kitui County. The contract sum was Kshs18,599,150. The commencement date was 3rd September, 2020 and the completion date was 18th March, 2021. The work done was 100 per cent."
