    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I want to thank the Cabinet Secretary. I hope he will share the written submissions with me. My supplementary question is: How comes there is Block 242 by the Ministry of Lands subdividing the exact same parcel of land and has even proceeded to issue letters of allotment from the same parcel of land? That is my first question. Has the Ministry gone ahead to subdivide the land in spite of all the information that the Cabinet Secretary has shared? Secondly, why is the Ministry allowing subdivisions to occur, especially in Mowlem Ward?"
