    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand to support Hon. Ann Muratha on the said statement. I want to make it clear to employers in this country that one of the basic rights of an employee is proper working conditions. Listening to that statement, we consider that the company did not have the right working conditions for women. That is because for a woman to dispose of a sanitary towel in a dustbin, it means their washrooms have not catered for a facility like that. I would be calling on the authorities to visit industries and companies in this country to ensure that women have the right places to place their sanitary towels, as well as remind employers that any employee in their organisation is either a parent, sister, brother or even a cousin to somebody. So, they need their right to dignity, and they need to be respected. Those are role models in the country and must be treated as such. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
