I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the draft Charter for the Open University of Kenya, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 29th June 2023 and, pursuant to the provisions of section 24(1) of the Universities Act, 2012, approves the award of Charter for the Open University of Kenya."
