    "content": " It is good that our daughters are in the House because they are going to be the beneficiaries of that Open University when it will become operational. So, as I was saying, what will happen is that even as Kenyans benefit from that university, the region will benefit because our neighbours such as Uganda, Tanzania and the rest will benefit from the Kenya Open University. Hon. Temporary Speaker, the Open University of Kenya will also assist Kenyans in terms of accessing higher education. There will be a lot of facilitation.
