"content": "so that each and every person who is living in any place in our Republic of Kenya is able to access the internet, log in and join an online class in an open learning university. I am a member of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, and we are going to consider the number of courses that are going to be offered because, when you look at the Report, the undergraduate courses are only five while the postgraduate are two. We need to increase the courses so that learners can get enough room to choose whatever course they wish to study. This would enable them to contribute to the economy of the Republic of Kenya. With those few remarks, I beg to support the Motion on the Open University in Kenya. Thank you very much."
