    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity to say one or two things about the Consolidated Fund Service expenditures. As we are all aware, CFS expenditures are the first charge in the Exchequer. They comprise of public debt service, pensions, salaries, holders of constitutional offices and guaranteed debt."
