    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity. First, I want to thank the Committee led by my friend, Hon. (Dr) Makali. This Committee has already indicated to us that they are ready to support the Government in putting in place the right structures to ensure that there is prudent management of the financial resources that we have. I have keenly listened to the recommendations that they have given, but they should have presented a road map to be followed even before the next budget cycle starts. That way, they would have clearly spoken to this House on what they expect in terms of financial resource management, particularly under the CFS. However, they have clearly brought out certain things that the Government needs to do. That is one of the reasons why I support this Report."
