The other recommendation is that for any CFS expenditure adjustment in the budget cycle, going forward, the National Treasury should report the overdraft facility as well as expenditure-related guarantee debt as a separate and substantive component to public servicing expenditure, and not under the salaries and allowances component of the CFS. If these recommendations are implemented, our pensioners, like retired teachers, will benefit. Hon. Temporary Speaker, again, allow me to thank and congratulate Hon.
