I wish to report to the Senate that pursuant to Standing Order No.46(3) and 46(5), I received the following Message from the Speaker of the National Assembly regarding the passage of the County Governments Additional Allocations Bill (National Assembly Bill No.23 of 2023). The Message, which is dated Thursday, 29th June, 2023, was received on 29th June, 2023, while the Senate was on recess and was transmitted to all Senators pursuant Standing Order No.46(5)."
