    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Sen. Chute did what ought to be done in his own right, by bringing his Statement to the Floor of this House. He is a Member of the Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing. He believes that this Committee will execute their mandate by giving the information back once we get the response. It is not only on the northern side that retention money for contractors has accumulated. People are not getting their money once they enter into contracts with counties. As we look at the Statement, we will look at how much the national and county governments owe contractors in various parts of the country, so that they can get their monies back."
